Importantly, this book marks a milestone: the 30th anniversary of the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies (DKI APCSS). More than a celebration, this work is a testament to DKI APCSS’s enduring mission and its vital role in fostering a more secure and collaborative future for the region.
