An aircraft engineer by profession and a leader in the Sri Lanka Air Force, Squadron Leader Shashika shares how he identified a critical cyber knowledge gap among mid-grade officers and turned that challenge into action. With mentorship from Dr. James Minnich, he developed and implemented a cyber resilience training program—now embedded into the Sri Lanka Air Force’s Junior Command and Staff College curriculum.
