Participants in our in-residence courses are selected through an external nomination process. International nominations are coordinated through U.S. Embassy Security Cooperation Offices for vetting and processing by the Center.
- In accordance with 10 U.S. Code § 342, all U.S. attendees, regardless of agency or organization,
