Participants in our in-residence courses are selected through an external nomination process. International nominations are coordinated through U.S. Embassy Security Cooperation Offices for vetting and processing by the Center.

Comprehensive Security Cooperation Course (CSC)

5-week in-person course in Honolulu for mid-career U.S and regional security professionals to address Indo-Pacific security challenges by developing actionable solutions to strengthen deterrence.

Mobile IPOC (MIPOC): A mobile version of IPOC that delivers the Center’s expertise directly to key Indo-Pacific locations and U.S. hubs.

Multinational Armaments Resilience Seminar (MARS)

Four 1-week modules for policy makers, security practitioners, and industry leaders across the Indo-Pacific and Europe to collaborate on national defense industries issues and create a Partnership for the Indo-Pacific Industrial Resilience (PIPIR) contact group.
