5-week in-person course in Honolulu for mid-career U.S and regional security professionals to address Indo-Pacific security challenges by developing actionable solutions to strengthen deterrence.

Eligibility: mid-level military and civilian security professionals (0-4 to 0-6, E-8 and E-9, CW2 to CW5) and civilian equivalents.

Indo-Pacific Orientation Course (IPOC)

IPOC: 1-week, in-person course held in Honolulu, Hawaii, for U.S. warfighters, U.S. government personnel, and select allies and partners that examines priority regional and functional security challenges in the Indo-Pacific.

IPOC 27-1: 25 – 29 Jan. 2027

Mobile IPOC (MIPOC): A mobile version of IPOC that delivers the Center’s expertise directly to key Indo-Pacific locations and U.S. hubs.

MIPOC 27-2: 5 – 9 April 2027 (Location TBD)

Eligibility: Mid-, senior- and executive-grade U.S. and international military and civilian officials (O4-O8, GS12-GS15, SES, and equivalents)

1-week in-person course in Honolulu for senior security executives to focus on building shared understanding and enhancing regional security among allies and partners.

Eligibility: Senior and executive-grade military and civilian security professionals (0-7 to 0-9) and civilian equivalent (FOGO/SES)

Multinational Armaments Resilience Seminar (MARS)

Four 1-week modules for policy makers, security practitioners, and industry leaders across the Indo-Pacific and Europe to collaborate on national defense industries issues and create a Partnership for the Indo-Pacific Industrial Resilience (PIPIR) contact group.
