DKI APCSS alumna U.S. Ambassador Carmen Cantor introduced Federated States of Micronesia President David W. Panuelo, who gave a brief talk about his experience with the center.

Federated States of Micronesia President David W. Panuelo visited the Daniel K. Inouye Asia-Pacific Center for Security Studies on July 19, 2021, during a trip to Honolulu for defense talks with U.S. officials. He met with the center’s director, Pete Gumataotao, and took part in a roundtable discussion with DKI APCSS faculty.
